The Wilson's Grove Events Committee is excited to announce an upcoming Community Yard Sale! Families are invited to participate by reserving a free parking space at the clubhouse, making it easy for shoppers to browse in one convenient location. Prefer to set up your sale at home? No problem! Just send us your address, and we’ll include it on a community yard sale map to guide shoppers around the neighborhood.
We also welcome our young WG entrepreneurs to set up a table and showcase their talents! We hope you’ll join in and help make this a fun and successful event for everyone!
The 2025 Wilson's Grove pool season is right around the corner! The community's pool management company (ACE Aquatics) is hiring for the 2025 season. Some info for potential applicants:

Wilson's Grove was accepted into the MD Department of Agriculture's 2025 Ultra Low Volume mosquito fogging program! Information on the program can be found on the (MD Department of Agriculture Website). Important information to know about the program is below:
Please stay indoors while fogging is taking place. Visit the MD Department of Agriculture Website for more info on the produce the county will use.
The HOA Board of Directors is working hard to maintain the community every week! However, like every community, there will be issues that arise from time to time. In an attempt to keep the community fully informed, this page will be updated with issues reported to the Board by homeowners and their current status. Please refer to the Community Projects page for a list of all known landscape and handyman projects, all well as all other projects that the Board is actively tracking and working.

2024 was a year of transition. The Board formally moved away from the management company that had run the community since the first house was built, and moved away from many vendors that were initially chosen by the original management company. In addition, the Board made processes quicker and cheaker (aka key fobs), made the community more beautiful (parking lot reseal, increased focus on landscpaing), and made the community safer (dead tree removal). 2025 will be more of the same - the Board will continue to analyze vendor performance and move to new vendors where necessary, while also increasing efforts to improve landscaping and finalzing a major pool project.
